Hello, my name is Sue Gray. I am a Reiki Master and a reflexologist. Both are an absolute passion of mine.

I have long since believed that emotional pain can manifest itself in a physical way.

When my personal circumstances changed it was of utmost importance to limit the damage caused, lessening my chances of the emotional turmoil developing into something physical in the time to come.

Being well in mind, body and soul is essential. Promoting a sense of well being is frequently sort after in this hectic world that we live in and has become widely recognised by GP practitioners and the like.

Both these treatments work in a different way but both achieve this goal when regularly received.

REIKI
REFLEXOLOGY
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing.“Universal energy” is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
Reflexology works on pressure points in the hands, feet and head that represent different areas of the body in need of rebalancing.
